In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be initiated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Defective or damaged product upon delivery

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video showing the shipping label and issue is mandatory.

  • Returns without proper video proof will not be accepted.

  • Returns for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and verification.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may be borne by the customer.

8. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.
