At The Select Style, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products. However, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product (different size, color, or item than ordered).

  • The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.


Return Requirements

To initiate a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear video proof recorded while unboxing the package, showing:

    • The shipping label

    • The issue clearly visible (wrong or defective item)

    • The product in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with tags intact


Important Notes (Returns)

  • Returns without video evidence will not be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Size or fit issues

    • Change of mind

    • Personal dislike after delivery

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are applicable only once per order.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags and packaging intact


Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Size issues

    • Color or design preference (subject to stock availability)

  • If the requested exchange product is out of stock, you may:

    • Choose an alternative product of equal value, or

    • Receive store credit (if applicable)


Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Share your order ID and clear product images or video

  • Once approved:

    • The customer may be required to ship the product back (shipping charges may apply)

    • The replacement product will be dispatched after quality verification


Important Notes (Exchanges)

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and verification.

  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary.
